20.12.2016]Instructions to be followed in connection with the 8th All India Conference, to be held at Chennai from 31st December, 2016 to 3rd January, 2017.
The All India Centre of our Union has discussed about the ways and means for conducting our 8th All India Conference successfully, as well as in an orderly and disciplined manner. These decisions of the All India Centre were communicated to the CEC members and district secretaries, through the CHQ circular no.15, dated 22nd September, 2016, i.e., 3 months before the All India Conference. According to the decisions of the All India Centre: -
(1) Registration of the delegates and observers will be held from 14:00 hrs. to 20:00 hrs. on 30th December, 2016. With a view to facilitate this, the Reception Committee has arranged staying accommodation and food for the delegates and observers from 30th December, 2016 onwards. Hence, it is the responsibility of the circle secretaries to ensure that all the delegates and observers of their respective circles are registered on 30th December, 2016 itself. On any account registration of delegates and observers will not be done on 31st December, 2016.
(2) Visitors will be allowed in the Seminar and the Inauguration of the Subjects Committee to be held on 31st December, 2016. However, it should be kept in mind that the capacity of the Hall is only 1,500.
(3) Only delegates and observers will be allowed in the Subjects Committee, i.e., from 1st January, 2017 to 3rd January, 2017. No visitors will be allowed in the Subjects Committee.
All comrades are requested to kindly follow the decisions of the All India Centre, and to cooperate with the CHQ and the Reception Committee for the success of the 8th All India Conference.
