[19.12.2016]C.L.Yadav, GM, BSNL, Jallandhar, booked by CBI, on corruption charge.
CBI has booked a General Manager of BSNL, presently posted in Jallandhar, on corruption charge. The CBI has accused that C.L.Yadav, while working as GM, Projects in Indore, has misused his office, and has favored a company called Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd., in the purchasing of duct pipes. For this, C.L.Yadav has received bribe of over Rs. 60 lakh. The CBI has conducted raids in the residences of C.L.Yadav, as well as that of the Managing Director and a Director of Texmo pipes.
